Guest comfort and convenience are key to great travel experience with us.
Guests are required to check in at least 30 minutes before the estimated time of
departure for Boarding. We regret that a five hundred (500) Naira "no show" fee
would apply if guests fail to show up at the accurate time for boarding and require a reschedule ticket(s) as a result.
The Departure time shall not be extended for Guests arriving late and GIGM.com shall not accept any responsibility in such cases.
GIGM.com has a no refund policy. However, if a Guest pays twice using the save a seat pay later option, GIGM.com will refund on request within seven (7) days.

Should a Guest decide to reschedule trip before planned day or time of travel, a call should be made to 08090491396 for a reschedule at no extra charge.
Please note that bus tickets at GIGM.com are not transferable.
We try our best to maintain our stated departure times. However, we are at liberty to change the scheduled time of departure should we be faced with circumstances beyond our immediate control. In the event that this happens, we will inform you of the new departure time immediately.
We cherish our relationship with all our Guests and have created a window for unused tickets to be reused within a period. Tickets not used to travel or checked in have a validity of one (1) month from date of purchase, as long as the amount paid for the cancelled journey is not less than the cost of the proposed journey.
