Please, note that GIGM.com shall be constrained to reschedule or cancel reservations without notice in the event of any of the following:
1. Passengers do not use a ticket or fail to arrive for the journey.
2. Passengers fail to check-in for journey by the check-in cut-off time.
Passengers who cancel their travel arrangements may be entitled to a voucher covering another journey within 2 months, provided that the amount paid for the cancelled journey is not less than the cost of the proposed journey
